Susan S. Fleming, Ph.D., serves as a keynote speaker and executive educator for corporate clients focusing on issues of gender diversity and inclusion through SusanSFleming.com, which she founded in 2018. She was a consultant and senior lecturer of management and entrepreneurship at Cornell University from 2009 to 2018. She worked at Capital Z Financial Services, a private equity firm, as a principal from 1998 to 2001 and partner from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, she was vice president at Insurance Partners Advisors, LP, a private equity firm, from 1994 to 2003 and held various positions at Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1992 to 1994. She also serves on the board of RLI Corp.
